About the Pomodoro Technique

The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.

How to use this timer:

  1. Set your desired work and break durations in the settings
  2. Click the start button to begin your focus session
  3. Work until the timer goes off
  4. Take a short break
  5. After completing set number of sessions, take a longer break
  6. Repeat the process
