About the Pomodoro Technique
The Pomodoro Technique is a time management method developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. The technique uses a timer to break work into intervals, traditionally 25 minutes in length, separated by short breaks.
How to use this timer:
- Set your desired work and break durations in the settings
- Click the start button to begin your focus session
- Work until the timer goes off
- Take a short break
- After completing set number of sessions, take a longer break
- Repeat the process
